We offer a free initial consultation for new clients. This 10-15 minute meeting provides a chance to talk about your needs, goals, and any questions you may have about the therapy process. It’s an opportunity to see if we’re a good match and to establish a strong starting point for your counselling journey.

Adam is currently accepting new clients for individual and couples therapy.

Terry is not currently accepting new clients at this time.

Fees are payable by cash, credit, E-transfer, or PayPal and are due at the end of each session.

You may be charged the full session amount in the event of a no-show or if notice is not given 24-hours prior to cancellation or re-scheduling.  Please ask any clarifying questions you have regarding this billing policy.

While we do not currently offer direct billing, the majority of extended health plans will reimburse you for counselling. We provide an invoice for each paid session.

Check if your provider covers fees from a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

Our services are also covered by ICBC, WorkSafe BC, & Crime Victim Assistance Program.

Our fees are set in accordance with the fee schedule provided by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, however, we offer a set amount of lower cost spaces for clients with significant financial barriers. Please inquire about the availability of these spots should this apply to you.
