Hi there! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a deep commitment to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can process feelings, reactions, and ways of moving forward. My approach is collaborative, trauma-sensitive, and integrative, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms but about fostering lasting and meaningful healing and self-discovery.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and have pursued additional training in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, couples therapy, and polyvagal theory. My work is grounded in curiosity and warmth, and I strive to help clients develop practical coping tools while also addressing the deeper patterns and experiences that shape their lives.

I have experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of trauma. At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of connection—both in the therapeutic relationship and in the ways we relate to ourselves and others. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported in your journey toward well-being.

  • Outside of counselling, I find joy in hiking, cycling, and watching competition cooking shows. I believe that self-care comes in many forms and for me its often about being physically active, keeping my spaces organized, and being intentional about connecting with friends and family.
